This is a full day of training from 8.30am to around 6pm and including practice.

Usui Reiki 1 supports self-healing and also provides the basic Reiki knowledge and techniques for using Reiki energy to help yourself, your family and others. It is the basis for learning energy healing, improving your connection to universal energy & learning how to use and channel that energy and if you are called to, essential in progressing to higher levels of Reiki & energy healing mastery.

Reiki 1 acquaints you with the history and basic precepts of Reiki and attunes and aligns your physical-mental-spiritual bodies with the vibration of universal Reiki energy allowing you to be a conduit for that energy.

Taking only a day, Reiki 1 attunes you to Reiki universal energy for the rest of your life. Your initial focus should be on self-healing and self-development. Reiki is a tool which connects us to the power that lies within ourselves including our innate wisdom and intuition and helps to bring clarity, meaning and purpose to our lives.

For those who are called to the service of others in a more professional way, the Reiki 1 Attunements are a pre-requisite for Reiki 2 which will enable you to practice Reiki as a business.

I am a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher (3 lineages) (and also Isis Seichim Reiki Master) accredited with the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists which means this course can be recognised as an accredited step in your process of becoming a Reiki Master.

4. The giving of the Attunements:

5. Introduction to Self – Healing Techniques:
🌿 Hand positions for self-treatment.
🌿 Techniques to enhance your own energy and well-being.

6. Introduction to healing others:
🌿 Hand positions for treating others.
🌿 Basic treatment protocols for family and friends.

7. Introduction to healing pets and animals
🌿 Animal Chakras and energy systems
🌿 Hand positions for treating animals.
🌿 Basic treatment protocols for our pets.

8. Energy Awareness
