Deep seated trauma can be very difficult to access and process on the subconscious level. Sometimes talk-therapy feels like throwing your body and mind back into that trauma-response again and again.
This trauma release session is different yet highly effective in providing deep insights and a different non-reactive perspective thereby supporting emotional healing and deep self-understanding.
We first use Reiki & energy healing & calming techniques to calm your mind, emotions and nervous system and realign your energy system so you feel relaxed and calm.
Guided imagery is used to access the emotions and subconscious and transform the fear, stress and overwhelm to a far higher perspective of safety and calm observation. Revelations, insights and calmness that are able to last well past the session itself.
Alongside the trauma transmutation process, introspection into your subconscious imagery and an oracle card coaching process are used to tap into your subconscious mind.
You do not have to verbalise or relive the story about your trauma for this to be effective.
Through the power and interpretation of the symbolic messages you gain insight into hidden beliefs, emotional patterns, and uncover inner guidance that can positively influence your healing journey.
This intuitive process is supportive and transformational, giving you access to greater understanding of your subconscious beliefs surrounding your trauma, and a higher, less stressful perspective on the situation.

If you are booking an in-studio session, I highly recommend adding an Access Bars session of 1 extra hour which makes for an incredibly restorative and insightful trauma release and relaxation session.
