In-Studio sessions can be booked most week days and some Saturdays. Online sessions can be booked most days. My Studio is located in Mackay, Queensland. I operate on Brisbane, Australia time.

Healing Sessions are mix n match which means you can choose specific modalities individually or combine several modalities as you are drawn to experience.

Access Bars and AromaTouch are in-person sessions only as they are hands on modalities. All other sessions can be experienced online in the comfort of your own quiet space - no matter where you are in the world :)

In Person, In My Studio:

Initial Hypnotherapy Session - 2 hours. The hypnotherapy offered in this session is a gentle stress and anxiety reboot to introduce you to the hypnotherapy process. It allows us time to get acquainted, answer any questions, discuss your hypnotherapy goals and experience a gentle hypnosis designed to relax and calm your nervous system. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm, refreshed and with more clarity on your future directions.

Initial Energy Session - 2 hours. Calmness & Clarity - Combination Intuitive Reiki & Energy Healing with Access Bars which gives us time for some Relaxation Coaching, Chakra & Energy Healing, Access Bars and time to get chat and provide insights and feedback.

Online Sessions via Facebook Messenger or Zoom:

Initial Hypnotherapy Session - 2 Hours Same as the in-studio session - all you need is a quiet space to relax, a device with stable internet access and maybe a set of headphones. Focused on introducing you to hypnotherapy via a gentle stress and anxiety reboot session allowing us time to get acquainted and discuss your goals for future sessions.

Initial Distance Reiki Session - 2 hours including Chakra & Energy Balancing, Breathwork & Relaxation Coaching with time for chat and feedback after your session - conducted on FB messenger or zoom. And yes - energy healing is equally effective over any distance.

These are great sessions for immediate stress & anxiety reduction & energy realignment and also to get acquainted and discuss what other sessions are suitable for deeper healing work and personal growth.

You can of course book shorter sessions as suits you best :)

I Want To Book A Distance Reiki for Someone Else.

Distance Healing Sessions can be arranged for people who are ill, in hospital, hospice, end of life care and for other reasons anywhere in the world. They do not need to meet with me online and they don't even need to know that you have asked for this healing (there are universal guidelines around this though). Intuitive Guidance, Coaching & Mentoring

Most sessions I offer include some aspects of intuitive guidance, coaching & mentoring. For specific sessions, please see the Intuitive Guidance & Coaching page and also the Guided Imagery Page for more information. All sessions are intuitively guided. You can request a specific session or simply schedule a 'Whatever Session' and let spirit guide us. If we have not met before and you would like coaching on something specific, please book a free 15 minute check in call to discuss your aims & needs and help us tailor a session that is best for your first session.

Access Bars Sessions - In Studio Only

Access Bars helps release limiting thoughts, emotions, and energy blockages by shifting brainwaves from a stressed, active state (beta waves) to a deeply relaxed and restorative state (theta or delta waves). This has been scientifically proven through brain scanning technology. The process is fabulous for clearing stress, anxiety, mental clutter, overwhelm, old programs & conditioning and promoting enhanced mental clarity, relaxation, and emotional balance. It creates mental space from which we can see our lives, behavious, reactions & conditioning from a calmer, higher perspective. Isis Seichim Reiki Session - 2-2.5 hours

Isis Seichim Reiki Healing is an advanced energy healing system that blends the universal life force energy of Reiki with the high-vibrational, heart-centered energy known as Seichim or Sekhem. Originating from ancient Egyptian traditions this modality is recognized for its focus on balancing both masculine and feminine energies, with a particular emphasis on the nurturing, intuitive qualities associated with the goddess Isis. This beautiful healing session which was channelled to me by Isis and Thoth includes a combination of Usui, Isis Seichim & Amara Reiki healing, sacred symbols, crystal, sound, pendulum and other healing techniques. We journey energetically to Isis' temple for powerful healing & cleansing of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies and ancestral lineage. Trauma Release & Oracle Coaching Session - What Length Should I Book?

If this is our first meeting, I suggest a 2.5-3 hour session as this is deep work and requires a deep state of relaxation. ($190-$230) Follow up sessions can be 1.5-2 hours depending on what we are working on. ($120-$150) If you are booking an in-person session - consider adding an Access Bars Session to the end or your session - its wonderful for defragging that over-thinking brain. Add an extra hour for a full bars session for best effect - Suggest 3 hours for a first session or 2.5 for follow ups. ($230 or $190) This might seem like a very long session but you are in an altered state of consciousness and the time will fly! Great for learning the basics of meditation or experiencing a range of different styles from the comfort of your own home or in my studio. My Meditation transmissions are infused with reiki energy to ensure you slip into deep meditative rest. Or why not gather your family or a small group and experience a session specifically tailored to you? The power of meditating is amplified in groups. Teaching your kids to self-soothe and meditate is one of the greatest gifts you can give them. You are never too old to learn this beautiful life enhancing practice.
